Yes. Your employer needs to provide a bus number. She can do it online or call. I dont know how but my employer did it for 5 minutes only.

IRCC received my files same as yours. Got my temporary file number already last april 23

@jordan829 all immigration consultants even the ones connecting to the Minister of Immigration confirmed that its all paper based because of the original documents needed. If you did it online, kindly please share the step by step process so we can try it as well. Thank you
