Hello!! Hope all is well. I applied for PRTD online via PR Portal, the status shows submitted but under the return column, it mentions incomplete application however, the View button is disabled. Is this normal?

Same here Also, we can submit the solemn declaration form but no idea if we can fax or mail outside of Canada. Dont want to go through PRTD process and then apply again for PR card.
