Their standard response is 2-4 weeks post oath ceremony; and if you do not get it post 6 weeks, to call them.

Mine was also at 7.30am. its good that way, keeps your mood up the entire day :)

Congratulations !! you'll receive it in 24-48 hrs after the update. They say that if you do not receive the mail at least 48 hrs before the ceremony date, to call them.

Hello everyone.. I just completed my Oath on Friday and plan to send my passport application as soon as I receive my citizenship certificate. Just wanted to confirm that we have to send the original citizenship certificate with the application ?? or a notarized copy can be sent ?

Yes, it is that way.. first background, then test, then the rest and lastly oath.

Don't worry about it. It happened to me as well when my Language, Prohibition and physical presence went into completed. Once that is done, in a day or two the Background verification goes back to "completed" and you can see the its a "Decision Made" in ECAS.

Thanks for confirming. Usually the status turns to "Completed" in 24 hrs. I'm guessing that as it was a Friday, it will only get updated by Monday.

Question to all who had their Oath yesterday.. Firstly Congratulations. Did your status show as completed on the CIC Tracker ???

9 out of 10 times they might not respond to your mail or just have a generic response. They do monitor these mail, so might result in them looking at your application (fingers crossed).

Some one from another group was mentioning that, nowadays they were only having interview of those who have a travelled in and out of Canada a lot and/or have a lot of visa stamps on their passport.

I got my oath invite on Monday from Mississauga office for Oath on Friday. I was surprised that my oath will take place in 5 days. could be because I'm a single applicant. Decision made - mid November

I totally understand your position. you just feel miserable and helpless in this case and there is no way to get an actual response from them.

Thanks, I just received my email about 30 mins back. My DM was in mid November. so about 5.5 months from DM to oath.

Thank you. I got my DM in mid November. Mine is a very unique case as due to system glitch, it took a long time to accept my test score.

Good Morning Guys, I just checked that I'm scheduled for oath for May 6th. I still haven't received any email with the details. Will wait till tomorrow and then call IRCC. Any feedback is welcome as to when one gets the oath email
