I applied for study permit on 10 May 2024, completed bio metric on 28 May 24, medical approved on 05 june 24, my course is starting on 3 sept 2024 however, my status showing processing and nothing is moving forward. raised many webform, but still no response. why are they delaying student...

Dear forum, Please advise, why the study permit is delayed despite completing all the process and procedure requested by the IRCC. My deferral date is 15 August 2024, if i do not get my permit.
