My tracker updated today and it says '2 new updates', but nothing changed there's just a star beside the 'Citizenship test' but it's still in progress? Is it just a ghost update???

I applied on May 2023, Did My test on August and after that my tracker still has no update till now. I got 17/20 on the test and they also asked for my fingerprints via email, but It didn't show in the tracker. Everything in my tracker is 'In Progress' even though I already completed my test...

I logged in to my confirmation E-mail for my Citizenship and it shows you when they sent you your AOR already, however I have received my AOR long time ago and still on the 'We've sent you a confirmation E-mail Part'. It didn't update, It's supposed to be in 'We've sent you your AOR' part...

Anyone did their online Citizenship online last year August and still got no update till now?

I took the test August last year and got 17/20, but my tracker updated on October 22nd last year and still everything is "In Progress". I also accidentally tabbed out for a second during the test. What do I do now? It's been 6 months and no update still.

I did my Online Citizenship test August 2023and sent my fingerprints last year too. But its Feb. 2024 and my tracker still says In progress for everything even the Online test part. They also didn't put if they received my fingerprints or not. What do I do?
