No, in SA there was no Visa office mentioned so assuming it was Ottawa. Received a second letter saying it's moved to NDVO

Similar situation. Primary Office was Ottawa, eligibility in progress since Oct 07. Later file moved on NDVO on Nov 18 and no update till date. It is very frustrating

Anyone stuck on eligibility and background not started in tracker? Passed medicals on Sep 06, after that GU every other day but nothing changes
