I don't think that this fits my situation. I'm not in Ukraine and not directly affected by the "situation". For posterity: yesterday without notice my passport was sent to Moscow VO Warsaw VO so I guess situation is 100% out of my hands now. Topic can be closed (if it's a thing on this forum)...

VFS Kazakhstan is holding my passport, not VFS Poland. VO that processed my application is Warsaw, but for some reason Moscow VO is the one that should glue the visa and issue CoPR. May be I should contact VFS Poland instead? I'm not sure if it's even allowed.

I've sent my passport after PPR to local VFS who in turn should have sent it to Canada's Moscow visa office (I'm not in Russia nor am I russian citizen), but now for whatever reason it isn't possible and they're saying they're holding my passport indefinitely awaiting further orders from IRCC...

Can you put out a timeline since you sent your document with webform? Like webform sent aug 5, auto confirmation aug 6, called sept 4th not attached, noticed change in account to not applicable oct 15, ppr oct 29?

Nobody knows in short. There were rumours that they'll turn all outland VOs on 100% in january and resume processing AORs april 2020 and so forth. But besides rumours there's nothing and no movements towards this. If you have spare 10k$ wait for like half a year and then you'll have a strong...

IMO ircc's website is prone to failure. Wait a week, use another device to access your account. If it's the same, raise a webform.

How much (range or approximate) does it cost though? 5k$? 10k$? Assuming IRCC won't fight it.

In addition to what sgoldsmith said above, you might also increase the processing time of your application, because sent webforms with documents are additional workload. So it's 1 chance that you'll shave off a week or two of your processing time and 2 chances of losing money and gaining a week...

It most likely will. It is demanded to disclose it in your application and it is generally advised to do so, they'll see your inadmissibility to US either way. If you're sure that you can spin the story in your favor - do it, but with complex cases IMO it's better to hire a lawyer, otherwise...

Can anybody tell me, Eligibility: Passed, Security: blank, but "s15.(1)" mark is present on page. There are no 11.2 check in the notes but R10 with review required for PCC is present. How can eligibility be passed and security started without 11.2 check? Criminality, medical passed, info...

PNP outland applicants are being processed, around 30 PPR reports last two weeks on this forum. FSW-o are not being procecced with the exception of US/HK bases applicants and backlog from 2018\19 but reports for FSW-o have stopped recently

Does "eligibility: passed" at the second page of g notes mean nothing in reality? Case analyst notes only mention basic documents check and no work exp verification. Final is blank

It is worth it only if we actually get it in the end. If they'll make us wait 3 years and then refuse based on some minor mistake or an unimportant technicality then it isn't. What's worse than wait is the silence and lack of any commitment or deadlines

900 pages of useless info The correct question is "anyone FSW-o (without PNP) not from US or Hong Kong with AOR later than march 2020 got any updates" The answer is no.

Can you at least tell if it's in the same 2018-19 backlog + us/hk?
