IRCC may not yet have received information about your nomination being withdrawn by OINP but they will sooner or later. You are a long way of getting passport request because it will take 3 to 6 months after MR. But presumably, you will get an email from IRCC about your application.

When did OINP withdraw your nomination? I suspect that IRCC will get information about the withdrawal from OINP and IRCC will stop processing your application. My suggestion would be don't do the MR since you are no longer qualified for PR under PNP.

You have a work permit. If you want to change your work permit, have your new employer apply for a new LMIA. Then you can change your work permit after you have received approval of the LMIA.

A work permit and TRP are two entirely different visas. A TRP is issued to individuals who are outside currently and is already been banned from Canada from having a criminal record.

No this does not apply to you at all. A TRP is only for individuals who are inadmissible to Canada such as criminally wise and needs to enter Canada for specific situations.

No that won't work. You must submit a open work permit application including the AOR for your PR application. IRCC will deem the application as incomplete if they see that you didn't include the AOR. They will refuse your application and then you will be under restoration because of loss of status.
