UPDATE I received an update yesterday, November 3rd, 2023. Received my PPR and I can see a document number and an expiry date.

yeah. I constantly check my tracker. It changed from ‘Not Started’ to ‘Completed’ on October 6th but the background check has been ‘In process’ since the day my application was submitted
