They mentioned that only people who were invited are able to receive their letter. Regarding to your other question unfortunately I am not sure how to contribute with it at this moment. If receive any other information I will share with you. I'm planning to contract Canada.visa support.

I'm waiting since May... there is a friend that received the invitation in the same day and just after 2 months received the nomination... I am wondering why mine is taking too long. I already called them, sent an email and webform and nothing.
