There is an and between both the point which means we need to show both of them. I guess the job you are doing under PGWP does not count as a "VALID JOB OFFER"

Thanks for correcting me. But even this link says you dont need to submit proof of funds if you are already in Canada and have a valid job offer.

There are ample of jobs in Canada for java developers. You are good to go with out help from friends but still if your friends recommend you for jobs then getting the job will be much easier :)
