Check the actual name in the ELECTION commision website by entering EPIC NUMBER., and enter exactly same first name what you see in the system, it worked for me. Have you figured out how to delete the name from family ration card ? I don’t have my own ration card but have name in the family...

Ya, I got it when I was living in India, I tried to create account as resident voter but I dont use that registered phone number anymore, its 16 years I made this voter ID, and Phone number is mandatory, lets see I will try again today and see if I can do it online.
