Yup. If I don't get a call, I'll be lining up 3am in the morning on June 22. I did call in to get an update today though and they told me that it's been transferred and is currently "under examination".

My assumption is that you never knew what's going to happen on their end so it's best to be prepared. I've read in some cases where new applications and photos were required despite an application already being submitted.
