its only rejected if u have stayed in other districts of india for more than 6 months and mentioned those addresses in ur application. if u stayed in the same district as of which u have ssp 's letter, then its perfectly fine

yess. my acquantances have got their pcc accepted through webforms after even 20 days of application submission. (it was before bio/ medical)

I m sorry to hear this. When is ur deadline? ircc is accepting webform for pcc easily. just need to submit it before any visa officer opens our file. I am banking on it now. 20 days away from deadline and its stuck at "pcc clear & issuance" stage

I also live far away from toronto and wud have to catch an expensive flight but its worth it. cant take much stress. are u guys sure that they will hand over a hard copy of pcc immediately if we visit them?

this is upsetting. but will bls have access to our pcc when CGi has yet to print it? and are they not updating on email to u?

Recent trends seem to be that they r printing and sending pcc to bls on 9th / 10th day after "pcc clear report" update. i m thinking that should i wait till 21st and then visit cgi as my last clear status got updated on 11st jan? and if we visit, do they give us copy of pcc in our hands...

Father's visit to sp office was successful. status now is " police verification report is clear. pcc is available for issuance,". thanks alot for you timely update, otherwise, I myt had waited even longer. My deadline to submit application is 7th feb, when do u think we can receive the pcc ?

Hi herin, police called my father on the same day. He visited police station and today is 3rd day of the visit. No update yet on the portal. Don't worry, they have a cut off date as per local SP office and they wud have to call and clear the file before it.
