I got a similar activity on tracker and it was because I had raised a Webform. So if you raised a Webform or contacted them via phone call, it will show up in tracker activity stating we received your enquiry.

I haven't heard anything from the employer, they probably haven't received any emails yet. I read somewhere that it is not necessary that OINP will reach out to your employer, it just happens sometimes.

I am not sure about it either. I was informed by someone that sometimes the employer verification is done but I haven't found a credible information yet.
