I guess it’s not CoPR, it’s passport request. You mean you got an error message after you fill up all the form? Where did you go to the form from?

Which visa office says it takes 28 working days? I got passport request last week and I informed Beijing visa office about I‘m currently in Canada via Webform. Then, next day I received email from the visa office and I was told my file is queued in the landing queue of the nearest CIC office.

It took $270 in my case(x-ray included) I assume the average is $250～300 depending on clinics though. You can check the cost on the website of each clinic or ask the clinic near your place in advance.

Last time I called IRCC, first, I went to the same situation with you. But I tried again 15 minutes after first call (around 8:30 am) then I was able to reach an agent. And also, some option takes you automatically message and hung up so be careful when choosing option.

Generally pre-arrival is sort of a good sign, I guess! Your back ground check has almost finished, maybe. What were you asked about by the officer?
