You can Call IRCC and find out what stage you are at. BTW the completion bar is just number of days elapsed post AOR till your 6 months mark. It is not completely reliable !

1. You can do that, just make sure the from address is from your university. 2. Consultancies are not needed, sometimes your university itself will provide this service of sending it directly to WES. If they don’t you can do the first one !

My advice will be to always provide fresh or new Balance certificate. Show the latest financial statements.
