Dependant got a request for Biometric fee, and for other documents. Is it okay if she goes ahead to do Biometrics and send to them please? I have not received the Biometric request except the $85 fee. Please, who has experienced this before?

You should apply for a work permit as both are different stuff.

Now that PA’s eCOPR has been received, is it not possible for the dependent to apply for a TRV I.e visiting visa for the time being, while he or she awaits the PR processing? Has anyone witnessed or experienced this process?

Same here, except that I applied end of November, and Ontario.

I am a November 2022 applicant, I have seen that September and October 22 have been processed here, so, November should be next. Though, processing time has crossed to 25 months, but I am very optimistic. All items completed except Security as usual.

Was the dependent overseas issued a tourist visa?

This has taken so long and technically gone past the statutory timeline. Follow with your MP, stating categorically that it has passed.
