There is a Coq only for Mechanical Draftsperson. And Drafting is a huge category anyone can be a drafter Electrical. Civil, Architectural and many more. And Ircc has added Drafting Technologist 22212 not just Mechanical. All the drafters are eligible for this 50 points.

But what if there is no trade certificate available in the province?

Yes you need you wife’s job offer letter, 3 recent paystubs, and your wife’s passport and pgwp and your passport and your wife has to accompany you when you go to flagpole

As I said earlier, if you go to immigration consult they’re gonna charge you 700$ at least for just to inform you about the documents and what to do and what not to do at the border
