Submitted on Aug 15th and got AOR on Aug 16th

My tracker was available on Oct, 4th. The background and eligibility were both like "in progress". And they both completed on Nov, 15th.

I got a message like "Final Decision is in progress" on 14th, Nov. The eligibility and background verification were both completed on 15th, Nov. Do you have any updates so far?

Does that mean R10 check has been finished? What status is shown in your tracker account, like "background check"?
