I am in similar situation with Language pending since 27th June Usually it's done together and in most cases it's just system error. We should be getting oath invite anytime now!!

This is super frustrating. My 7 months will be done in like a month so if I don't receive anything by then, then I hope the ircc people will help out when I call them. But hoping for some positive response before that
