i called on this number: 1-888-242-2100 in order to talk to them,, you need to be a valid representative, if you are not a principle applicant.. they ask questions to confirm identity.. dob, place of birth,, full name.. address,, email and phone number on file.. etc

i called IRCC and, they said ELIGIBILITY IS PASSED on AUG 23, but stll no update on portal... any idea how long it takes after eligibility? thanks everyone
