It is on one of the first pages, under the headline "PAPER FILE." This section mentions the current status of your file, which is marked as "E-Grant Pending Clearance"

Same here! My husband's application is stuck. We got our notes, and his application says 'pending clearance.' Mine looks like its all good, won't it move until they complete his background check. We've done everything—calling IRCC multiple times, contacting our MP—but nothing works. It's ridiculous!

I am...it looks they're still working with August applicants. My guess is we should start seeing oath invitations for Sept AORs before the end of this month (finger-crossed).

All this time I thought my processing office was Sydney, but I just noticed that my test invite came from Scarborough. My AOR letter came from Sydney, that's why I thought it was Sydney.
