Did you receive any update on the passport tracker? They received my documents on the 19th of july and I haven't got any update or received the passport. They did send my canadian citizenship certificate back on the 31st of july I picked it up

I have the same issue, no reference number. I sent the documents on the 24th, delivered on the 26th. I did a money order so I don't know if they took the payment yet or not.

Are you sure? Aren't all the visas cancelled once you get eCOPR? My husband has to travel in 3 weeks, we got eCOPR in Jan 5th and no PR card yet

Yes, although the main issue is that PR travel document can take a while to process, best is to wait for PR card unless your travel is essential then you've got no choice

If you still have a valid work/study permit yes, but the problem is if you get eCOPR while outside of Canada then you won't be able to return
