I think is because what theay are doing is helping to us. The other streams are economic so maybe that´s why they priorized. :confused:

Well wait two years is the normal. Lucky if takes less time. But at least dont wait more than usual. I now person waiting 2-3-4 years. It´amazing.

I passed elegibility But I didn't have notice and nor PAL. My Former lawyer told me it's not usual they send to refugees. For other streams they used to do it.

This group is For refugees which processing times are different and longer. There are other groups where they can tell You . Here no good option.

It is important that you notified Immigration. If you forgot to do that so your case is still procssed in Quebec. If you notified them, your case is as Ontario resident. Dont need the CSQ. I think you should ask for your Notes. It´s free and you will know the status of your file. Good luck!
