I am getting anxious considering people who submitted at Nov end dates have also started receiving dispatch emails. This is getting tiring. I just hope nothing is wrong at application end.

within last 3 years of experience would count from the date of draw. this is how they calculate for PNP and AFAIK, this is how they would calculate for federal as well. your first exp does not hold 6 months if you calculate 'within 3 years' the earlier months stands void for this category. also...

your first experience is ineligible under last 3 years condition. you are eligible for cec for 1 year of exp. i guess that explains no ITA

Correct. There is no Final Decision with a decline in their systems. FD = you are clear.

I have Final Decision in GCKEY account and can see COPR in tracker on exact 120th day after AOR. The day is here!!!
