    So PCC needs to be sent when VO asks for it. What is the usual timeline? When will VO ask for it? I still need to to apply for PCC from Indian consulate in Washington DC and it could take 4-8 weeks to receive it.

    I just submitted my application (PCC not included). So when should i submit my PCC's and where should i send them? Will they ask for It or I have to send it as soon as I receive them.
