    Did not put "0" at the beginnig of CVV

    I agree..i should have written it with pen but somewhere it's the problem with CIC form as well. They suggest you to fill the form on computer to avoid any human errors but here their form itself is not correct. I guess if they already know this issue then they should be trying with 0 prefix...
