Hi, We finally received PPR! Can someone please let us know if we need to attach the RPRF receipt or email it to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca eventho we've already paid it months ago before the PPR was issued? Thanks! P.S: We're planning to submit the passports in Manila (makati VAC)
