    Personal history gaps

    Yes. 'Unemployed' is fine. I have similar breaks in my personal history (transitioning from studying to working, or from one educational degree to another), but my lawyer advised stating this period as 'Unemployed.' I don't think it makes a difference to the CIC officer.

    Missing Bank Statement for 1 Month

    I asked my bank to provide bank statements for the past 6 months and they provided them all, except for March's statement. Their reasoning is that I did not have any transactions (in or out) in March. Will this be a problem for the IRCC?
