    Yes, that was the initial post, but someone asked "What if I already left the company?" so there's no way for us to complete those 1-2 months short from 3 years of foreign work experience, so I replied to them that I am in the same situation, and asked them if their PR application gets approved.

    I was invited under STEM with CRS of 510+, I have 511, but if my foreign exp will be counted as just 2 years, it will just be 486. At the time, I thought IRCC was combining the 4 months excess from my 1 year and 4 months of Canadian work experience with foreign exp, that's why I thought IRCC...
