Sorry that is a good question and I don't have an answer. My guess is the PPR would come via email based on what I've read but I'm not 100% sure of this (it might come via mail too). Maybe someone else can answer your question?

Hey there, dont panic! I was in the exact same situation, but in my case I got a call from the VO. He told me to not worry abt all that right now and send my PP right away, and that they will not be sending out any other PPR letters. I wrote a cover letter explaining the missed passport request...

u missed mine...i got IP on 25 jan and DM on 2 feb :)

Is the subject of the email - "READY FOR VISA " then it is the PPR email. It will have the details of what all to send for passport stamping.

What all details do we need to give them to get the status update and on which number are you calling them from India ? Please guide

Congratulations!! Just out of curiosity. Was there anything on the reply you received on January 10th that made you think that PPR was that near? I'm curious about how accurate is the information they give you in response to webform inquiries.

If you have a representative, then IRCC communicates with your representative and not you. So your relative really screwed up and this was entirely their error. Send a case specific inquiry asap and let IRCC know the email was missed. I would then submit your passport along with an explanation...
