Does the embassy of mexico goes on vacation on "Saint Week" or Semana santa? If so all the applications goes on hold?

Hi everyone, the Immigration section, just sent me this mail: I went yesterday to DHL, Estafeta and FedEx and they told they don't have that kind of service, so I sent them a prepaid tracking number, Will that work? or should I continue searching in other couriers?
