yes but even CES requires document to send directly from institute and for IQAS it takes around 15 weeks as you said.

Hi All, There is the rule changed to send the attested copy of documents DIRECTLY to WES from UNIVERSITY. In my case, Mumbai University doesn't generally send those documents directly to WES? Any help greatly appreciated.
