There are virtually no updates in the CEC stream this week (if you sort by BGC last change status date in the immitracker). Just look at the volume of updates per day until last week. At the same time, there's tons of changes for other streams.

Fantastic notes. I think they reveal the following info: Status changes to Not Applicable if Eligibility moves to Recommend Pass AND Medical and Criminality are both Passed. Status changes to In Progress (2) when status changed to Approved.

Do you get an email if status moves from Not Applicable to In Progress (2)?
