    I applied on Nov 4 and I believe that my account changed into "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement" on Nov 8

    Before your eligibility started, what did it show on your account? Because right now my account shows "We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement" without the date. So I'm not sure if the eligiblity starts for me yet.
