    Hello! That is the email that I received also. I received that email March 6, 2020 and I submitted all my documents on March 14. They received my documents on March 16 and I got my confirmation of permanent residence about three weeks ago.

    I was told in April (after lockdown) that I would have my COPR end of May/first of June. I just got it 5 days ago. I'm not sure why you thought I was told that before lockdown. I was sent a request to submit my photos March 14. That is all. I hope this clarifies. I'm just elated that I have my COPR.

    I am waiting for my COPR. I was told I would receive it by the end of May. I have not received it yet. Then another agent said that they were not sending any COPR to people in the US while the border is closed. I don't know what to believe. I just keep hoping and waiting.
