I replied to this statement: I wanted to emphasize that there is not "the hour requirements". I.e. it's not enough just get 1560 hours/year. They must be equally distributed over the year. Hope this makes sense.

Not exactly Chapter 6.3 of the operational manual says: So, during a 12 months period it's required to work at least 30 hours/week each week. Cumulative hours may not work.
