Since you have a US visa, you could have enter Canada by land. But now it's too late because your PRTD rejected. For spousal sponsorship, you can check the cic website or the sticky post in the family class sponsorship section of this forum.

When i checked my Citizenship application they have put my wrong Date Of Birth.. does it affect my spousal sponsorship. i believe they are doing background and criminal check, and they have my wrong birth date and i think it delaying my sponsorship case.

Your dad is a citizen, why doesn't he sponsor your mom instead in the spousal sponsorship class? It's much faster and easier process than the parental sponsorship route. You should clarify this in a letter to CIC when you send the documents to them.
