Sent you a PM but thought I'd post here for more visibility. I had also taken a part time semester (that wasn't my final semester), and I just got approved for my PGWP. I obviously can't guarantee this, but I've known people who were in a similar situation and got their permit too.

That's really weird that they'd ask you that. I guess you could give them the immigration address if that works, or try going to your online banking main page which has your account balance, and save that as a pdf. That might be better than not having anything. The account balance print out that...

I went to my bank and asked them to print my account balance, it wasn't really a formal letter. I included that along with that statements, which turned out to be enough to get my permit extended.
