Whats is the proccessing time for university checklist category? Applied @Bangalore.

I have submitted for my visa under university checklist on july 10th @Bangalore for september intake. I am expected to reach there by august 25th. Will i receive my visa on time,I am so much worried. Can someone help me please???

But recently they have changed the ielts requirement, i scored 6.5 overall but 5.5 in one module(writing). As per the law ssp asks no band less than 6. So what can i do nxt plz help
