I sent a mail to them with my passport details and asked for the status. They replied me that it was posted on July 24th in USPS priority email. I haven't received yet. I replied with the same message and asked for the solution. They said they will call me if it was returned.

I sent my Wife's application after 5 weeks of mine. She reveived it on last week. Total time took for her was 15 days. I am still waiting for my Passport. No clue what I have to do. thanks
