I don't get your message about you can submit for non-SDS. Does it mean submitting via the non-SDS will make it acceptable to get a letter from my school as evidence of proficiency in English?

I received an offer from a DLI with conditional N/A without written any of the proficiency in English test since my first degree was thought in English which I can get proof for the thought if need be. Is it still compulsory to still write any of the proficiency in English like IELTS and so on...
