    I got my study permit approved for Sep 2010 admit. I am currently in U.S and planning to travel to canada on this study permit in July. Then i plan to go back to my home country for month of August and come back in Sep for the start of semester. Please advise if it is safe to do so. Thank you.

    I would like to know how long does it take for Canadian consulate to make decision on study permit if you make your application in person. Some of the Canadian counsel in US states that processing is immediate if applied in person. Please advise.
