Ok thank you i will but if they don’t give me a refund then that means my money is gone right?

i applied for a bachelor’s in arts degree at Fraser international college and have paid the fees and GIC money but now I don’t want to go and want a refund back so do i get a refund from the college ? Also i have not applied for the visa as of now plz help me and i need the money refund
