This situation is still continuing. Any ideas other than clear cache?

I am experiencing this problem for two days now. I cant go further once I enter my user name and password. It says I am logged in, but the continue button takes me back. I have tried Chrome, safari, clearing the cache of the browsers, turning the computer off. What is the solution here?
