Hi everyone! We applied for spousal sponsorship outland, and got approved on November 4. I'm currently here in Canada under a work permit. My question is, what happens next? Should I go back to the my home country or can I just wait here in Canada until I get my visa? Thanks in advance! :) :D

We have an existing spousal sponsorship (common-law) with Buffalo right now but the applicant might be able to get an intracompany transfer through the company and go to Canada earlier. Would this intracompany transfer work permit complicate/ delay the current spousal sponsorship? Thanks!!

As CIC website says, it takes 13 month processing time for spousal sponsorship applications in Damascus. 13 months after around 60 days of processing sponsor's eligibility... is 13 months minimum, or maximum? has anyone got his/hers less than the mentioned period?
