Thanks Sai, But in the chart they did not mentioned reading score 5.5 equivalent CLB score.... so can I consider it as CLB score 7(because i saw one of your post pasted below in bold....that reading score 5.5 means CLB is 7).....please advise...

Guys, Please help me, am applying for CEC under NOC level-2173 and following are my IELTS score- Speaking-6.5 Writing- 6.5 Reading- 5.5 Listening- 5.5 Overall score band is 6 Looks like my overall CLB level will be 7 Am i eligible?? Thanks in advance......................
