I think you are absolutely right, I just checked my status and it says Application Processing Completed - In Transit to the VAC I think now is just waiting for the passport to be received by the VAC and in turn the VAC should send it to us.

Hello, MyCIC account also got updated with the approval on Nov 10th, the counterfoil status and expiry date of PRTD, does thsi mean that the only process that is missing is the consulate to send the passport to the VAC and the VAC to send it to us? Thanks in advance for the input!
