I have been reading about this elsewhere too.Given my bleak prospects of getting an ITA now, it seems i should stick to living in Europe. I agree that the administration has to made a mess of the system. I also feel the FSW and CEC should be decoupled from each other rather than waste peoples...

I removed my post as I realized it was neither here nor there. I think realistically the score is going to hover around 490 for some time or maybe even go higher. I think if you are an FSW without a job offer it probably is not going to happen.
